Briarwood Bookkeeping LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective August 27, 2026

Briarwood Bookkeeping LLC ("Briarwood," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you submit the consultation form, you may provide your name, email address, business name, the type of support you are interested in, and a brief message. You may also contact us directly by email.

If you choose to complete the follow-up questionnaire, you may also provide high-level information about what your business does, your current bookkeeping approach, estimated revenue range, how the business gets paid, bookkeeping status, and support goals.

Please do not send passwords, account numbers, tax identification numbers, patient or health information, or confidential financial records through this website or ordinary email.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your general bookkeeping needs, schedule a conversation, prepare an appropriate service recommendation, protect the website from misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Form and hosting providers

The consultation form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Briarwood by email. The website host may process limited technical information—such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs—to deliver and protect the site. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or communicate with you, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Briarwood and others. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated third-party marketing.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including follow-up, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so this website is not an appropriate place to transmit sensitive records. Secure document-sharing methods will be arranged separately if an engagement begins.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.

Children and policy changes

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the website or our practices change; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
